Our team at here at Exotics of the World is made up of passionate and knowledgeable reptile enthusiasts dedicated to providing top-quality care and advice. With years of experience handling a wide variety of species, from snakes and lizards to tortoises and amphibians.

We take pride in helping customers find the perfect reptile companion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced keeper, we're always happy to share our expertise on, habitat setup, and nutrition. Heidi – Animal Care & Outreach Enthusiast
Once a student of Ash’s, Heidi joined our team after completing her Level 3 qualification. She’s always ensuring our animals are happy and healthy, and she also takes our static collection to birthday parties and educational events. Her enthusiasm for reptiles is contagious!
Emma – Queen of Bioactive Enclosures
Emma creates breathtaking bioactive setups where animals and plants thrive. She first joined us for work experience in 2016 and became a team member in 2022. With her ongoing PhD studies and incredible knowledge, she’s a huge asset to our team.
Joanne – Merchandising Maestro
Joanne’s diverse background, from engineering to beauty brands like Estée Lauder, shines in her creative flair for displays. She keeps the shop looking fresh and inviting, even if it leaves the rest of us searching for products she’s just moved!
Daisy – Chief Greeting Officer
Our beloved shop dog, Daisy, loves meeting customers and soaking up all the attention. But be warned: once you start petting her, you’re not leaving anytime soon!
